TEAM EMG Commitment and Cancellation
All team members are enrolled in a six month program upon entering TEAM EMG. Athletes will be committed to the team during this 6 month period, regardless of participation. This 6 month commitment ensures that the athlete will properly develop and thus get the most out our of the TEAM EMG program.
If after 6 months an athlete decides that he or she wants to discontinue the TEAM EMG program, the athlete simply needs to provide TEAM EMG with a 30 day written cancellation notice. Please send all cancellation notices to Jeff Whitecotton at

EMG Individual Coaching and Training Sessions
All TEAM EMG members are encouraged to sign up for our coaching and personal training services. Please see the EMG website for a list of our coaching services and fees.
If an athlete schedules an appointment with an EMG Coach and he or she cannot make the session, the athlete must provide a 24 hour cancellation notice to the EMG Coach. If an athlete does not provide a 24 hour cancellation notice, he or she will be charged for the session.
