EMG's annual Beginners Clinic is held every June - it is ideal for people of any and all backgrounds who think they might be interested in giving triathlon a go.  Come get answers to your questions, GET RID OF THOSE NERVES, and gear up for a great tri season!  This clinic will led by Kansas City's Triathlon Coaches - Jeff "Whitey" Whitecotton, Josh Wolf, Liz Weidling and KC's Professional Triathlete - Ben Schloegel! 

This "newbies" clinic is for athletes that are going into their first or second season and are looking to make their experience the best one possible. (Experienced athletes should "step up" to one of our other Camps).

Participants in the EnduraCamps Beginner's Clinic will receive instruction and practical training in all areas of triathlon including:

    1. Open Water Swimming - sighting techniques, dealing with other swimmers
    2. Cycling as a Triathlete - bike handling skills and practice, pacing, USAT Rules & Regulations, equipment basics
    3. Running Off the Bike - techniques for an effective run
    4. Transitions - swim to bike and bike to run tricks.

Come take the plunge - lots of fun, lots of support - it's never too late to start! Preparation is the key to success!!  : )
