Our coaches will design a five-day plan specifically for you and your race goals, designed on feedback we get from each athlete based on a thorough questionaire done by everyone. The total distances over the duration of the camp will be 7-12K of swimming, 180-270 miles of biking and 18-50 miles running. Participants should come to camp fit and prepared for moderate intensity and tremendous volume. It is our sincere hope and goal that we provide a camp that allows you the opportunity to push yourself past your old physical and mental limitations and break through to your best performances yet. We strive to provide the greatest service and value as a camp to all local and regional athletes. Through our collective experiences, both good and bad, we will give each athlete personal and professional guidance and provide you the keys, tools, and strategies to achieve your most fulfilling race yet. We promise to deliver to you 5 days of intense and demanding training, no matter what your level is or what your goals may be. To communicate to you, through lectures and open, continuous conversation the tenets of solid training, nutrition, gear and strategy for a great race day. Fully supported rides, runs and swims with maps, a SAG wagon and of course us pedaling and running right along side you. A killer swag bag is included for every participant. Upon completion of what should be the hardest five days of training you’ve ever had, we will provide a send off BBQ where you will get your official EMG 2010 finishers shirt and the confidence, knowlege and strength to perform at your best in your next race.
